President and CEO - Randy Miller

Randy is the President and CEO of SERVPRO of New Center / Highland Park and an award-winning franchisee, recently winning the 2019 Franchise of the Year and winning the 2004 Pinnacle Award. His franchises have been leaders within SERVPRO for the past 15 years, earning recognition as an Extreme Team Member of the Disaster Recovery Team. Randy has been in the restoration and construction industry for over 20 years with obtained certifications from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying. He maintains a Hazmat certification and a Michigan builder’s license. 

Cody Roy

Cody is the General Manager at SERVPRO. Cody is originally from Frankenmuth, Michigan, and grew up in the restoration industry. He moved to the Detroit area in 2014 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Alma College. In 2016, he started the Romulus location and has since grown it to three franchises serving the Metro Detroit area.

General Manager - Mike Reese

Mike is the General Manager for SERVPRO of West Sterling Heights. Mike has more than 19 years of experience in the restoration industry, and he joined the Metro Detroit location at the beginning of 2018. Throughout his career, Mike has received numerous industry certifications through the IICRC including Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Odor Control (OCT), Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician (RRT), Carpet Cleaning (CCT), and Health and Safety Technician (HST). Mike is also registered as a Lead Renovation and Repair Professional with the EPA and is certified for serum application. Mike has been pivotal in the growth of the Metro Detroit location and continues to assist with expansion and growth strategies for the years to come.

Sales and Marketing Manager - Kendra Patocki

Kendra worked in the industrial equipment industry for 13 years before joining the SERVPRO Disaster Recovery Team. In her role as Sales and Marketing Manager, she is responsible for developing business in our Saginaw and Detroit franchise areas. Her project experience includes disaster recovery services in commercial and residential facilities. She also holds ICRA and GLSTC Safety certification. Kendra has responded with our team to natural disasters such as Hurricane Florence, Hurricane Michael, Hurricane Laura, and local flash-flooding events. When Kendra is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Commercial and Residential Sales - Michelle Signorello

Michelle recently joined SERVPRO with 12 years of experience in Sales and Real Estate. Prior to working at SERVPRO, Michelle worked as a Residential Leasing Agent at Bedrock Detroit. She led the rapidly growing residential portfolio opening ten properties downtown Detroit. Before Bedrock, Michelle lived in Denver, Colorado working in sales at FIAT Chrysler Automobiles as the FIAT Brand Manager opening twelve FIAT dealerships in the Central United States. She moved back to Michigan to pursue a career in Real Estate. She is a proud graduate of Michigan State University where she was the Vice President of the Women’s Lacrosse team. Michelle currently is a certified trainer at F45 in Royal Oak Michigan and a licensed Realtor with a true passion for the resurgence of downtown Detroit.

Commercial and Residential Sales - Kim Osborne

Kim Osborne joined SERVPRO in August 2017 and has been in the restoration industry for the past 12 years. Before the restoration business, Kim had 15 years of experience in the retail industry. Business development throughout the Detroit markets has been her main focus. Additionally, Kim has been an active member in the Blue Goose, SVAA, CAI, DMAA organizations.  She has most recently responded with to the needs in Hurricane Michael for the Disaster Recovery Team.

Mike Gaffke

Mike is a Reconstruction Project Manager, his team specializes in rebuilding and remodeling our customers’ homes. He joined SERVPRO in December of 2017 and came to us as an industry leader with 11 years of restoration experience in project management and estimating. In addition to that, he has 7 years in the construction industry as a field tech / carpenter. He is certified through the IICRC for Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and he is a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector.

Project Manager in Reconstruction - Justin Dahl

Justin has been with SERVPRO for a year as a Project Manager in Reconstruction, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the demolition field. He previously worked in the city of Detroit for over 15 years helping to revamp the city and tearing down old structures, working his way from a Laborer to a site Forman, and eventually becoming a Field Superintendent for metro demolition. Justin has a water certification, held a Journeyman card in the Labors Union, and is certified in Lead and Abatement Removal. Outside of work, Justin has been coaching football and baseball for 21 years and is an avid bowhunter.

Project Manager in Contents and Cleaning - Shannon Havens

Shannon is the Project Manager in Contents and Cleaning and started working for SERVPRO in March 2019. Before joining the Romulus team, Shannon worked for local and national restoration companies along the west coast. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Business Management along with finance and accounting certifications. Shannon is an Ozone Certified Technician and holds multiple certifications through the IICRC including Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Blood Borne Pathogen (BBP), Odor Control (OCT), and Carpet Cleaning (CCT). Shannon is an avid MINI enthusiast, starting Detroit Metro MINI’s and is passionate about overlanding and sustainability.
